What Happens at Every URL in Your List

The platform runs through a deterministic sequence for each target website, handling every step without human intervention.

1

Site crawl & contact page discovery

The crawler loads the target URL and searches for a contact page β€” checking common paths (/contact, /contact-us, /get-in-touch), nav links, and footer links. If no contact page exists at the top level, the crawler searches up to two levels deep.

2

Form detection & field mapping

The contact form is identified among all page elements β€” including forms rendered via JavaScript, loaded in iframes, or embedded via third-party services. Each input field is labeled by type and purpose: name, email, phone, subject, message body, custom fields, dropdowns, required checkboxes.

3

AI message generation (if enabled)

With AI personalization active, the platform reads the site's visible content and generates a message unique to that site β€” incorporating your core pitch with contextual signals from the business. Sites are not visited twice; content read during the crawl step is reused here.

4

Field completion

All required fields are filled β€” name, email (your configured sender address), message body, and any other required fields. Dropdown menus are handled. Honeypot fields (hidden anti-spam fields) are left empty as a browser would naturally do.

5

CAPTCHA solving

If a CAPTCHA is detected β€” reCAPTCHA v2, reCAPTCHA v3, hCaptcha, or others β€” it is solved automatically before submission. This step adds latency for affected sites but runs without any user interaction required.

6

Submit & confirm

The form is submitted and the platform waits for a success confirmation from the site. Success or failure (with reason) is logged and the dashboard updated in real time. A credit is charged only on confirmed success.

Technical Questions

Success rates depend on the composition of your URL list. Lists sourced from active business directories (where sites are likely to be maintained and have contact forms) typically see 60–80% success rates. Lists containing older domains, parked sites, or personal websites will have lower rates. You're only charged for the successes, so a 65% success rate means 65% of your credits are used and 35% of URLs are processed for free.
Yes. The crawler runs in a full browser environment β€” the same rendering engine used by Chrome β€” so JavaScript executes, React/Vue/Angular components mount, and dynamically rendered forms appear and are interactable just as they would be for a human visitor. Contact forms loaded via AJAX, SPA routing, or JavaScript form builders are supported.
Common failure reasons include: no contact form found on the site, form submission blocked by the site, CAPTCHA could not be solved, page load timeout, site returned an error (4xx/5xx), and form detected but required fields could not be mapped. Each failure code is included in the results export. Analyzing failure patterns helps identify which segments of your URL list are less suited to this channel.
Previous campaigns and their configurations are stored in your account history. You can reference the same URL list and message for a new campaign, or upload a fresh list. Paused campaigns retain their progress and can be resumed exactly where they left off. Re-running a completed campaign against the same URL list would re-submit to those sites β€” something to consider before repeating outreach to the same target list.
Yes. The platform processes URLs regardless of geography or country-level domain. Contact forms on .co.uk, .de, .fr, .au, and other country-code domains are processed the same way as .com sites. For international campaigns, AI personalization is particularly useful β€” the platform can detect the language of the target site and adjust the message language accordingly, producing outreach in the recipient's language from a single campaign setup.
